- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree
- Lawyers’ License
- 3 – 5 years’ experience working on litigation matters in a law firm
- Analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player
- Proactiveness and eagerness to develop legal acumen
